How about you do some numbers on what we have, Its an High-grade Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) resource totalling 108.5Mt at 58% Fe with mineralisation starting at 20 meters below surface, likely to be easily mineable given the uniform nature of the deposit with no deleterious material. Assets smaller than this with a much lower tonnage than we have sold for 100m , This Indigenous area isn't 25 percent of our project.

Management needs to give a better example of what we have. Many like you (totally wrong ) claim this asset is dead in the water, where it's still able to progress forward. But I blame management for making you think this, as they haven't done a good job of showing what we have, even with a section 18 decline. ( which in my opinion was unjust ).
