    This won't even stay above 10c. I hoped it could settle atleast 12c, and they could raise above 10c, but it now feels like they will raise @ 8c??
    I don't even know if the raise getting done will change the fortunes of this one. A good announcement other than REE might do the trick, but until sentiment changes in REE's I don't see much joy.
