I did not know they are close friends ,did know SL worked for Beaument at Paulsens , I could say more but whats the point .
Why you ask
Well I think this deal is not in the best interests for most SPR shareholders and Beaument is one of those shareholders , who also uniquely could increase the SPR NPV by bringing forward production time lines and converting quicker probable into indicated resources ie 1+Beaument = 4 as SPR as a standalone in this case .
Margins per ounce for NN and Pepper compared to what RMS are forecasting for its ops do not seem to be appreciated by you or others pushing for the deal @Joelstar
