I have found that HotCopper is a Microcosm of the Real World
So you have some Really Good People on here you can learn from And ... you have some Complete T0ss3rs
The Complete T0ss3rs in my book come in 2 Main Categories from what I've found :-
1) The ones who constantly brag about the size of their Portfolio and even splash apparent copies of it on screen I call them the Trumpers as they are just looking for adulation from people who like to be on their knees
2) The ones who say they don't play politics but then pull it out anyway especially around Election Time
Personally I agree with you on Trump and also on an investment level
I myself have moved some to Cash as I really have No Idea what Captain Chaos will bring and I think neither does anyone else
I believe in Gold medium to long term but as we have seen historically a complete market rout will take out Gold at least initially as well
