Oh I agree if the mine was somewhere near Byron Bay or Ballina in Northern NSW then that list would be unrealistic, but as we are talking about the Tennant Creek area in the NT I think it would be good for management to have as many of those as possible ticked off or at the very least be aware of them, obviously cannot have every one of them in the company's favour, but the more show stoppers that get ruled out early, the easier and quicker the decision and pathway is forwards. In this case with a proposed hub and spoke model and considering there will be quite a few road train movements I think the critical thing to get right is the landowner/cattle farming grazier relations as trucking has the most effect on their business, apart from that most pastoralists in the area would have previous experience and even family who worked in mining in the Tennant Creek area in the past, and are generally pretty co-operative people if approached right.
