Page 2 is largely a repetition of Page 1's bulltet points.
The writer was sloppy. The Board and David himself should have done better QA (given they authorised the release and signed it off).
The market and more importantly shareholders deserve better quality given the remuneration and benefits these guys get.
It's literally a word for word cut and paste.
Funnily, they gave each a different footnote number but yet the footnote reference is the same.
