The priority now should be releasing a plan to get us to a Cost Income ratio sub-50% and investing the cost savings to reduce debt from the current unsustainable levels to ideally zero (at least <$300m).
Almost criminal negligence saddling PPT with $700m debt to buy PPT at $2b. First year MBA students wouldn't recommend it...but feeding some CEO egos means logic gets overriden.
