Generally the large Japanese Trading companies Sogo Shosha like Sumitomo, Mitsubishi, Mitsui etc compete fiercely they rarely unless 'encouraged' by the Japanese government ' Japan inc' work together.

I like and think Grant and Tivan have it right in tying our future to Japan they make great long term partners

I think Molyhil Sandover and Timor Leste will all likely be with Sumitomo and JOGMEC (essentially Japanese government) unless Sumitomo & JOGMEC say they do not want to participate - effectively I think Sumitomo have right of first refusal - which I would expect in a long term and strategic relationship that Tivan is building with Sumitomo.

So what will be the surprises I would say probably government - Maybe Northern Territories government or Australian government or Japanese government or a combination - the governments have named these as major strategic initiatives it makes sense.

Plus I think all agree not just in Australia but also in other parts of the world giving China control over major ports and infrastructure is a mistake

So I think we will get maybe Speewah, Molyhil participation via NA state NAIF or federal government and I agree with Streetsie probably plans to use the our middle arm option in Darwin to process product and keep more value in Australia.

This would be good and make sense - less to ship, keeping more value in Australia and employment in Australia - Japan is full employment and a declining population. They will probably keep the trade secrets of the real high value final speciality computer related Tungsten Hexafluorite chemicals in Japan but much can be done outside Japan

Lots of great news coming and lots of good surprises
