Oh dont worry the case is about to be kicked to the curb imo, just like ive always said, its been a complete waste of the courts time and DB knew it from the outset, but it simply kept him on the gravy train a little bit longer till the death knell now for PEP11 from the judge imo, and that will be in a couple of months still imo.
