The point here is that I'm looking at a case in which you could be wrong which you appeared to concede.
If you are wrong and this statement of yours is wrong:
Bible teaches that non-believers will experience eternal never ending regret, despair, hopelessness
then you could be subjecting non-believers to unnecessary hardship by trying to get them to believe something that they find impossible to believe.
This applies in particular to vulnerable people.
