Macquarie are well known holders and traders of WSA for a decade now.
They now act for IGO?!
Why not Hartleys who advised on the SIR t/o?
Goldmans are well known johnny come latelies and late to the party callers.
On the basis of the advisers its obvious to me, this is a DONE DEAL using scrip.
As for others waiting in the wings, Baloney!
No one else joined the data room,
BHP already have the 50% offtake and likely 100% of the cosmos & ODS offtake, they dont need to bid, IGO has done it for them, they need ore not $1.3B expense for the same ore.
FQM POSCO stuck in Ravensthorpe
Glencore stuck at MMurrin
No one else that size has any mine or mills aywhere near there other than BHP or IGO.
If BHP wanted WSA they would have bid last year or countered when IGO moved on it.
Its a furphy.
IGO will succesfully bid all scrip imho say 3.50 now.
