Kambiz, I am happy to answer your questions as time allows and you are to be commended for your polite manner.

In answer to No. 1, Jesus said on the night he was arrested ''in a little while the world will see me no more...'' -John 14:19. There is no reason to suppose this statement is anything other than literal. On the other hand when it says in Rev 1:7 ''Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him,...'' from what vantage point would that be possible for that to literally happen? Confirming that Revelation is symbolic language rather than literal is it's introduction.

(Revelation 1:1) A revelation by Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show his slaves the things that must shortly take place. And he sent his angel and presented it in signs through him to his slave John,

''Coming with the clouds'' depicts invisibility. When Jesus ascended into heaven, according to the record, “a cloud caught him up from their vision.” (Acts 1:9)

Where question 2 is concerned why would Christian tradition suppose he would not return as king? It was promised throughout the OT as the Jews acknowledge and confirmed by the NT disciples of Christ.

(John 12:13-15) So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, and they began to shout: “Save, we pray you! Blessed is the one who comes in Jehovah’s name, the King of Israel!”  When Jesus found a young donkey, he sat on it, just as it is written:  “Have no fear, daughter of Zion. Look! Your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.”

(Revelation 11:15) The seventh angel blew his trumpet. And there were loud voices in heaven, saying: “The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will rule as king forever and ever.”

No. 3 Cloud is not to be understood literally.

No. 4 scores of prophecies that pointed to the Messiah were fulfilled in Jesus. The remaining ones concerning his return will be also. Nothing in the Scriptures pointed to anyone else.
