Isn't that standard on a 3rd party property policy that you're insured if someone else hits you up to a certain amount, even if they're uninsured, as long as you can supply your insurance with the other drivers details. I recall my first car insurance policy, which was 3rd party property only, had cover for up to $4000 for an uninsured driver hitting me.
