why is it allowed?

    Can anyone shed light on what possible purpose buying a huge number of tiny parcels in one particular share could be besides price manipulation?

    I cite the current CER (Centro Retail Group) sales - and it happens often in CER, as well as other shares.

    That's just BS, so why is it allowed? Surely there should be a minimum number of shares in a parcel, or more rules to cover what is quite obviously price manipulation?
