I thought Steve and the board were doing the right thing for retail shareholders with the 2, RoC with Consolidation.
Have they been pressured by the T20 - hold about 78% of the shares - they want great share of the $400 million on-market buyback.
Remember that that the majority of individual shareholders are funding the $400 million set aside for this buyback that I believe will end up in the hands of offical owners predominantly consisting of shareholders with holding above 5000 shares!
Remember that they still will be getting the dividends!
