Why has DNI remained silent

DNI have so far remained silent. CGM Management have stated their case against DNI and those claims would have not been made lightly and certainly not without substantiative evidence. If the claims, or even some of the claims, made by CGM against DNI are proven and upheld in the Arbitration process the ripple effect could become quite costly for DNI. Not only the settlement with CGM but the decision would also allow for a Class Action to be undertaken by DNI Shareholders against the Company. As usc said, they did a capital raise on what now may be proven to be inaccurate information. According to Cougar’s news releases DNI stopped all communication with CGM a few months ago. IMO, DNI would be wise to re-establish communication and resolve the issues with CGM rather than take it to Arbitration. Time will tell but at this stage DNI hasn’t even responded whatsoever to CGM’s Notice to Arbitrate issued on Dec 6th 2017. They will need to make some comment soon even if only in their Dec 17 Monthly report, due within the week. DNI can choose to go to arbitration or settle outside of the arbitration process. IMO the future of DNI will depend on the choice they make. Cheers, E.
