Shares have now been transferred to a sub-register, so still exist, just not on the CHESS register. Company will either in time dissolve or one day spring back to life and raise money for a new venture. SP would then be consolidated at maybe a 10/1 ratio and your 200,000 shares will reduce to 2000 shares. pretty much making them worthless. If the company one day thrives then you may one day get enough back for a nice dinner.

I didn't know about those resignations, although im not surprised. But TBH i wish they didnt. They probably were the only ones left with the passion to try and rebuild and re-gain some kind of credibility. Most likely scenario is for it to fold. Nothing left of any value now.
