An insider, a director, bought the maximum of share offer around 15k at 1.05. Obviously, this happened when the offer was announced and the director thought it was a good deal. He could have bought at lower price today (and he probably are buying).
When an insider who works in the company buy at 1.05. What does it say about how the people in the company think about the company and its prospect? Yet, we have people dumping the share at 85c now. Certainly, these are not the ones who bought in at the recent share offers around 1.20 and 1.05.
