When Will Flote start floating?

So they have diluted this stock to the point that its just treading water, we have had two CEO's in the last year and a bit, they keep diluting the shares to fill their own pickets, and now they want to consolidate so they can no doubt dilute again and in the meantime shareholders are seeing less and less value to their portfolios.

We have a product called 'FLOTE', it's March 2026 and by all accounts FLOTE should have been on it's way and our share price should be on the up. So where is FLOTE?, it seems every announcement that comes out is just shuffling chairs and shares, but not a word about the product that is supposed to save this ship from sinking.

If anyone has any links to management, I for one would like this very simple question answered, "When will FLOTE float?"
