My uniformed guess is Glencore after the 3% (= 250 miilion shares)to get them to 51% of the company. The buying at times is very serious in size. You've got to see ANL as a winner now with 30,000 tonne of Nickel pa increasing to 40,000. This equates to over $500 million per year. ANL has no debt and $100m in the bank to finish plant developement etc.
