what's that he's calling us??

it appears that the gov't was made aware of the mess TLS is in long before the general public had any inkling of it. that info could not be passed on to 'outsiders' as it would have been against the law. what law? the law that applies only to politicians, not to ordinary people? the same law that gives them lifetime retirement benefits totally out of line with those of the general public? what law is it that gives a company the right to inform the gov't but not its shareholders? oh I forgot: the shareholders are outsiders.

if one or more of the ministers in the know had done the sensible thing & divested themselves & their spouses etc of their TLS shares, would that be insider trading? or is there some other law one isn't aware of, a law for politicians that gives them immunity to do as they please?
