If I am honest, I would rather them kick goals here first and sell some of our available capacity, then worry about the expansion.
I don't know much but I feel operating a DC in a foreign country has significant risks associated with privacy (especially in today's day and age). Therefore, unless there are significant pre-commitments probably better to just stay here.
Happy to hear from more knowledgeable people and Craig has obviously alluded to this for a while so it must be at least feasible.
