    18 hrs on a keyboard spewing anominous invective scores a FAT ZERO.
    3 hrs driving for Meals on wheels scores 8.
    2 hrs in the park playing with the kids scores 5.
    2 hrs in the park teaching the neighourhood kids football scores 10.
    At least I didn't get a fatty!
