    "serious explorers, serious experience"

What an impressive extended team across our two companies.

It wasn't that long ago that a few people were expressing concerns about TRF when the share price pulled back.

It is worth reading the profile of the people that make up the managment teams.

IMO, TRF and IFE wouldn't be able to attract people of this callibre if the two companies didn't have an exciting and potentially very rewarding future.

You may recall that Ian Finch said that he was looking for elephants in the area. Well, the latest addition to the team, Andrew Bennett, sounds like an elephant hunter to me.

    Exciting times ahead.

    The Ironclad Mining Team:

    David Macoboy – Independent Chairman

The Directors of IronClad Mining Limited (50%-owned by Trafford) have appointed Mr David Macoboy as the independent Chairman of that company which has been established to develop and operate the Wilcherry Hill crystalline magnetite deposit, 30 km north of Kimba in South Australia’s Gawler Craton.

David Macoboy is well-known in the Australian mining industry for his previous roles as the chief
financial officer and a director of two bulk commodity mining houses, Consolidated Minerals Ltd
(1999-2005) and Portman Mining Limited (1996 to 1999).

The Directors of Trafford Resources believe that David Macoboy’s appointment as Chairman and
his previous very relevant experience in the industry will add further strength to IronClad Mining’s
capacity to successfully develop and operate the proposed Wilcherry Hill deposit for the benefit of
    all shareholders.

    Ken Hellsten - Managing Director

The directors of Trafford Resources Limited are extremely pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Ken Hellsten as Managing Director of IronClad Mining Limited, the subsidiary company which has been established to develop the Wilcherry Hill (South Australia) crystalline magnetite iron resource discovered by Trafford late last year.

Mr Hellsten is well known in the Australian mining industry for his leadership roles in project
management and development over the past 12 years – in particular for his role in pioneering the

With IronClad he will lead an exploration team initially responsible for managing exploration and evaluation drilling programs to improve the confidence level in and expand the indicated and inferred resources of 44 million tonnes of crystalline magnetite with an average grade of 36.4 per cent iron. An independent review has identified potential for 300 to 600 million tonnes of crystalline magnetite within the Wilcherry tenements.

Andrew Bennett graduated with an Honours Degree in Geology from LaTrobe University and became a project geologist with WMC Exploration at Kalgoorlie in 1994 and a Mine Geologist with Olympic Dam Operations in 1999.
