If only! Theo Psaros told me he was not interested in taking the helm. That is the kind of manger he is: Took the time to talk to a small time investor like me, when all was already clearly lost. Even if you offered him a tonne of money, I don't think he would consider it. Maybe if you removed the entire board and managed to get some local investors to acquire an extra 30% of the company he might. Alas this is not possible. But you touch on a good point. The most valuable part of a company is its management. A good board can take a struggling company and transform it into a powerhouse. A bad / incompetent / corrupt board can take a thriving company and drive it into the ground. Perhaps we need to get a report card on each of the current DRX board.
