    I imagine it works in the same way as all the big car manufacturers work where everything to do with retail sales and servicing is the responsibility of the local dealer.

    The disclosure to date would indicate that VMT sells the BtoB Emax products direct to businesses. They seem to work on a try before you buy formula. So no showrooms in that segment of the business.

    For the SuperSoco products it appoints distributors in the various countries who are responsible for appointing local dealers. The dealers would be the ones with the dealership Assets and Liabilities.
    I guess setting up a flagship store would be a precondition to getting a dealership agreement in the prime big city markets.

    Not sure how the JV distribution arrangements with Graziano Milone
    work but my guess would be that as 50% owner of the Italian Distributor we would still pass the dealership obligations on to the local dealers.
