Even capturing 0.1% of global production is significant when you're the only alternative supplier in an entire continent. It's about market positioning for future expansion rather than immediate volume impact.
I've consistently stated that LabFab's focus is on 100-200tpa. The real story is far larger—the development of Brazil's full rare earth ecosystem, from upstream mining, through midstream processing, to downstream magnet production. It's not just about incremental tonnage, but about strategically creating an integrated supply chain. Focusing on volume alone misses this crucial bigger picture; Brazil's approach positions it to actually challenge China's dominance in REEs
