Its been suggested that on a projected EPS of 15 cents AGO's share price could be valued at $1.50 (PE =10).
In 2006 Clive Palmer sold the mining rights to a Chinese company of a tenement containing about 1 billion tonnes magnetite for about $A280 million. Assuming that AGO had 1.5 billion of manetite then this could have a vlue of $420, or about $2.00 per share.
Hence the share price may go as high as $3.50 in the not too distant future (ie well before production of the magnetite block). At least that is my hope.
Good luck all, and lets not bicker.
