    So... Now that we know Anketell is happening, and that it would likely offer a great opportunity for Bucklands to piggy-back onto the rail...

    And we know that Iron Valley is already close to production if not already stockpiling...

    Why is it necessary for IOH management to do this deal with BCI?

    Surely we could have farmed out Bucklands (exactly as we did with Iron Valley) and then simply sat back & collected anything between $40 million - $100 million p/a in royalties depending on the iron ore price.

    Am I being too simplistic? What am I missing?
