The US share market indices is looking very shaky.
Read and observe this analysis. The Dow Jones, S&P 500 and in particular the Nasdaq appear to be very high.

The Dow Jones compared to the S&P 500 over the past 20 years.

The Dow Jones compared to the S&P 500 and Nasdaq since 1976. Notice the value of the Nasdaq compared to the Dow Jones at the moment been the same level as the dotcom crash.

You would think that tech shares are overvalued such as Google, Facebook and Twitter etc. which maybe correct at the moment. But the Nasdaq biotech index seems to be way more overvalued based on this comparison. The Nasdaq includes dotcom companies as well as biotech shares. You can separate the Nasdaq Biotech from the Nasdaq.
