And it still happening to some extent until news arrives, but thinking on this, wouldn't it be Global Laser Enrichment themselves that was the one chosen for inclusion in
URMNEFT anyway?

Also though, if you are correct in your assumptions? then GLE won't be producing for about 8 years either?
