After Labor's ab-missal 2019 election campaign, its about time a party is formed to protect workers rights, a wing of the Labor movement much like the Nationals have with the Liberal party
Working on Sydney construction sites in the 1980's, you could definitely tell the difference between union sites and non union sites. I recall driving through a picket line while Darling Harbour was being constructed, which was a moment in time you questioned your conscious. Overall, the unions had an agenda which worked, however, the site workers needed enough courage to challenge the Pom with the microphone or the whole site was doomed.
With the money donated to the Labor party, surely, it could be better spent defending workers and superannuation entitlements, not the rabble we have!
