    Hi Gooch;

    I like Abacus as a stock; but I do feel like some 'magic' is missing somewhere. I don't hold, but am an active watcher for many years. I have some other commitments, but would like an entry point into ABP. It has a very sideways year, which is inconsistent with the market we've had - and that's confusing. Although, the uptick from the last week is perhaps interesting - particularly if it holds above $4.

    My largest holding in a property stock is in Arena (ARF). Not in the storage space, but rather, they play the landlord game and have rental agreements that give guarenteed income for the next 20 years.

    I do wonder about the self-storage space. With our rush into minimalism, you wonder if people will have stuff to store into the future. Or, to embrace the trend, people might dump or their stuff in a storage unit, so it might be a hotter space than I imagine.

    Just some musings for me, I'm currently avoiding work.
