    I think this is a good candidate for a 30% bounce once UBS (or whichever boofhead is selling) runs out of stock.

    Cash ~45m, realizable assets around 1400m (subject to devaluation), debt around 590m, market cap around 220m.

    My estimated net asset to market cap ratio is 391%.

    Dont know too much about it. Mostly commercial property, some development, around $2.4b funds management. Average term debt shorter than most at 2.7 years.
