    set new multiyear highs.
The Dow Jones industrial average was up 11.23 points, or
0.10 percent, to finish at 10,827.12, based on the latest data.
Earlier in the session, the Dow rose as high as 10,864.67. The
Standard & Poor's 500 Index edged up just 0.56 of a point, or
0.05 percent, to end at 1,210.13. The technology-laced Nasdaq
Composite Index was up 3.59 points, or 0.17 percent, at
    2,160.62.
