U bidders most often just sit there to make all other bidders jump over them to hold the price up while their mates, or themselves, are getting out on the other side.

When I see one I know it is time to get either in or out depending on whether they are on the bid or ask side.

The parcels that are going through don't appear to me to be institutional but Mums and Dads and day traders who are going to get seriously burned very quickly if they don't take their profits now and wait for the retracement.

But I might be wrong.
