This is isn't a confidence inspiring move by the US. I believe Iran supplies mostly Asian customers who didn't start the war and probably were not really supporters of it.
Won't Iran just give them a pass or expect payment in Yuan and then they start their rebuild.
That being said I would expect Israel, at least, will start to hit the oil and energy infra big time.
