From the 3 videos seen at no stage was he a threat, he was more worried about the woman around him,.one ice cop escalated the situation either on purpose or not but gave an ice cop the excuse to carry out an execution. In my opinion and no proof without sound, one cop grabbed victim's gun shot rounds into ground another ice cop may have yelled gun allowing ice cop who seems to already have gun drawn to fire on victim. This is all in my opinion. an investigation will show what happened, bit hard to hide evidence in this situation. again, in my opinion i am not a professional in this area. the way i have played it out maybe incorrect but just watching it a few times the actions of other Ice cops, extremally smelly at best. in away i hope I'm wrong if a human can do that we are in deep shit.
