    This muesli brekky is absolutely packed with nutrients.
    It will keep you feeling full well into the morning and reduce the need for snacking too much before lunch.

    Put 1/3 cup organic rolled oats into a bowl and moisten with about 1/3 cup water (you can add some lemon juice). Leave overnight.

    In the morning add 1-2 tablespoons linseed (flaxseed) freshly ground in a coffee/spice grinder.
    Add 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, and some chopped mixed raw nuts.

    Mix together with a big tablespoon of honey. Stir in some quality organic yoghurt and grated apple.

    Top with some fresh seasonal fruit if you like.
