    @betterman; there's not much of Australia's native flora left!

    In Victoria for example, most of our natiuve forests were burned through back in 2009. Many of those areas still resemble forest grave yards with estimates from experts indicating recovery could take more than a century. Sadly it's currently happening in Tasmania with NSW about to face horro conditions whcih will exacerbate that state's war against native forests.

    As for Queensland's criminal clearance of rainforest, denudation caused by unprecedneted weather and climate extremes, South Australia's war against what little natural forest it had and WA's karri forest disasters - Australia's flora is little more than a romantic notion depicted in Colonial Era history books.
