    Left them out on the bench for several days.  They turned red and very good eating indeed.  I added them to a sandwich paste I made also.  Think they were quite expensive which didn't worry me at all.  I didn't want flavourless tomatoes.


    Adelaide "flat" tomatoes are available in Melbourne.  Don't know where you are.  They looked a bit yellow and green but was assured that just leave them out of fridge for a few days and they ripen.  They did.  Very nice, too.
