Hi Guys,
I placed an order today with my broker for TNY just before the open at 3.3cents. I clearly said 3.3cents, and the broker mistakenly read back the order to me at 3.5 cents and placed the order into the market. I wasn't listening to him when he read back the price of 3.5 cents. I've since got out at 3.4 cents and taken a $300 loss. My question is should I take the full loss, or should the broker be expected to take half the loss? All opinions are welcome.
Thanks,
Adam
