OK, I've enjoyed the break-out however I still have a few questions.

1. Seems that Lake Dissapointment is a few hundred KMs from nearest sealed road. Does the native title dispute relate to the road or mining? Sure state might let mining go ahead but what about putting a sealed road in over the local's land?

2. Anyone know of outcomes of similar cases? where road access was the main issue?

3. Capex - 100m i read somewhere.... what does this include? road, plant? i thought it was solar evaporative and in that case pretty cheap?

Aside from that the deposit looks good and world prices continue to go up so I continue to hold.
