The chart on THX is looking very interesting and the only next ingredient needed is some buyer support. Any further reports will have the buyers short of stock in this tightly held company and a breakout through the 43 cent mark should have them on the way.

The ASX report by THX this week is worth discussing.

It is promising to me as the two holes were 30m's apart and along strike from a previous drill hole put down in 1975. The surface gossam area is reported to be about 200m in length so you would assume some strike length is still to be tested.

The body has been described to me as a deeply plunging shoot that is highly likely to extend to the bowels of the earth.

Another good point is that THX is anticipating the Copernicus prospect and the Salk prospect are connected to the same intrusion. This in itself could mean something as it appears from previous reports I have they are about 1 km apart. The finer geology points of this statement by THX will need to be clarified.

Sally Mallay "SMY" has a discovery about 30 km north so we maybe able to draw a line through both these companies current price. THX have numerous other prospects though.

THX have a huge claim bank in this area.

It has been reproted that THX have been pursuing JV partners to help explore their huge land holdings in this area and a decision is very close.

This is the one commodity Australians relate to. THX have some advanced projects now being drilled.

Daveyhurst : Perliya "PEM" with their J/V with THX will be drilling within a week.I am very keen to wait for these results.

Norseman : THX 100%, the locals are keeping a close eye on this area as preliminary geochem ground drilling has been completed, and diamond drilling will start immediately the results are to hand. Croesus "CRS" have just released some more brilliant discoveries on ground next to THX.

Murchison : Gindalbie "GBG" are to commence drilling on the THX J/V gold claims in the Murchison.

Report imminent on the next stage of exploration with BHPB.

    SO :

The finger is on the trigger. When to push the buy button is the question. Watch the Canadian price the code there is V.TLX. This has been a bug bear for Aussie punters as a WA broker has been picking them up there on a 4 - 5 cent difference and selling them into our market. When this stops it will help our price.

    I hold THX.
