I don't think there are any material issues with BOE because I don't have any evidence of it and because there has been no disclosure despite their obligations. Unless they are willfully hiding something (I doubt it), then its simply market momentum.
They (probably) sold like a few seasoned investors, because the longer term technical picture suggested the market needed to take a decent break. And so far the technical's have proven to be right.
