Previously, I'd found that Hemp Black had imported samples of warp-knitted fabrics from Japan (link).

Mark Sunderland (Chief Innovation & Sustainability Officer, Ecofibre) even ended up changing his background to a closeup of the matrial:

One of the people that gave it a thumbs up is the 'Director at SHAOXING ZHONG MENG TEXTILE CO; LTD'. This is a company based in Bangladesh.

The bio for the company reads as follows:

    Our products rang as following:

    Another section reads:

Our company are specializing of Swimwear fabrics, Sportswear fabrics, Activewear fabrics, Yoga-wear fabrics , Lycra fabric, etc.

what's going on here? The green angle, the warp-knitting, the recycled fabrics, the activewear and yoga stuff. we just acquired Texinnovate so why would we need Bangladesh to supply us with fabric? Is this a future customer of Hemp Black's eco6 as they're trying to be green? will HB supply them with eco6 and license out extrusion/infusion IP? Or are they going to supply us with warp knitted materials and we'll manufacture the rest, as Sunderland imported samples from Japan, rather than getting them from Texinnovate. Is Texinnovate incapable of manufacturing this, or does it require too much recalibration of equipment?

I'm a little confused. Maybe it's nothing, just a coincidence. But there are many similarities in what the companies do and their green angle.
