For investors it is perfect. DEMAND IS INELASTIC to the downside for fertilizers or else people will likely die (unfortunate and tragic as it is but this is the reality and in actual fact MAK shareholders are doing there bit to try and thwart that horrible aspect of the grains boom). So these deposits have to be developed to beef up food production capacity. If need be governments will have to subsidise their farmers and this is occurring on cue eg India. There is no other option for the world or more importantly countries with declining agricultural bases.
Now wait for the explosive merger and acquisition phase of this commodity cycle. Hmmm not a lot of choice out there ... damn no liquidity either (read 'would have to be a significant bid to interest investors')
