    Copper and Gold
    • Opencut Copper-Gold-Molybdenum orebody with
    ~100 mt resource (0.5% Cu, 0.5 g/t Au, 120 ppm Mo)
    • Glencore 14% Joint Venture partner funding mining
    feasibility study (due late 2008)
    • Easily mined, well located copper-gold deposit - open in
all directions with excellent scope to expand resources
    • Target initial annual output of 30,000 tonnes copper
and 100,000 oz gold at production rate of 5 Mtpa
    Ore systems
    & down-dip
    Replacement &
    Breccia veins

    Native Copper
    Metallurgy Test
    From drilling
    Primary chalcopyrite mineralisation
    PORTIA - Gold
    • Rich coarse gold deposit, located 40 km north of
    Kalkaroo in similar stratigraphic position
    • Nuggety gold to be assessed by a trial pit with the MARP
    awaiting approval by PIRSA
    • Native Title agreement reached
    • Simple gravity plant under construction, low capital
    • North Portia copper-gold deposit 400 m to the north !
    Portia cross-section
    Gold Nuggets - Portia
    Eluvial Gold
    Primary Gold
    Wash Trommel
    Gravity Jigs
    Copper - Cobalt
    • Opencut, massive sulphide copper-cobalt deposit 16 km
from road & rail links, 45 minutes from Broken Hill
    • Feasibility drilling underway - confirming earlier grades
    • Metallurgy shows high recovery of copper and cobalt,
with potential for sulphuric acid production
    • Targeting over 10 mt at 1 - 2% copper & 0.1 - 0.2% cobalt
    - only 800 m of 2,000 m of strike tested
    • Cobalt price is booming at US$50 per pound !!
    Drilling at Mutooroo
    Long Section
    Mutooroo - massive sulphide ore
    Prospect Hill Tin (80% JV)
    • Outcropping (opencut) cassiterite (SnO2) lode with
potential for 800,000 tonnes of ore at 0.8% tin
    • Tin is in short supply with prices over US$17,000/t
    • Metallurgy tests underway with the expectation of
    conventional low-cost gravity recovery
    • New drilling programme planned
    Airphoto with Tin Lode
    • The Curnamona Province is a richly endowed area
blanketed by a layer of clay – no outcrop
    • Magnetics shows numerous analogies to Kalkaroo and
already, drilling has indicated other areas of copper, gold
as well as zinc and lead
    • Havilah will continue to discover orebodies here with
    persistence (and lots of drilling)
    • Four hundred kilometres of prospective strike to test !
    Unlimited Exploration Upside
    • Highly prospective for in situ recovery uranium deposits
    in ancient buried river systems
    • Oban deposit drilled – sufficient uranium resources
discovered for several years production. Awaiting MARP
approval for a Field Leach Trial to commence
    • Currently exploring for additional resources in the
    Yarramba palaeochannel
    • Competitive advantage – totally self-contained
exploration unit with drill rigs, logging, rehab equipment
    North Yarramba drilling
    OBAN Uranium Project
    • Drilling for hot rocks in the Curnamona Province
and the South East of South Australia
    • Granites in the Curnamona are amongst the
most radiogenic on Earth – generating abundant
    heat and massive geothermal reservoirs
    • The Frome project has established high heat
    gradients (over 45°C per km)
    Frome Drilling
    Gravity Low and Seismic Profile
    Frome Project
    • GHT Drilling has
    established high temp
    gradients > 45°C/km
    Earth average is
    The area contains
    around 2,500 cubic kms
    of hot granite !!
    • Havilah has a wealth of projects and opportunity on
    our doorstep in South Australia
    • Metal prices will continue to be strong and support
the progressive development of the projects with a
    low-risk, high-reward profile
