The identity of the strategic partner must be very close to being revealed.
The indication was about the end of December so let's string out our expectations to some time in January.
When the identity is revealed we should be entitled to know the terms of the arrangement.
The last quarterly report showed partnership income of $76,000, which is supposedly to recur each month but what is SMN giving to the partner in return?
Is the partner receiving equity in the company by way of shares or options or is it a percentage of future profits similar to the deal FMG has with BCI?
We want the details, sooner rather than later, even if the announcement of name of the partner is still deferred.
