Lots of nervousness last few weeks but the penny might be dropping that it's only going to take a modest increase in interest rates to dampen demand.
Even if we get stagflation (inflation in food, energy and other essentials with no real growth) which is quite possible I'd rather be in stocks with inflation-adjustable revenue (Consumer Defensive, Essentials, some Banks, some Commodities, even some REITs) than cash.
This is certainly at the riskier edge given their debt but I think this might be shaping up quite nicely (especially if they can get a few more US property sales away).
